Mannerisms and Stuttering

Persons with stuttering and mannerism problems have had considerable success with my program by using hypnosis and mental imagery to eliminate life-long limitations, healing old wounds, regaining confidence and re-programming their subconscious minds to know that they can speak clearly and express themselves comfortably in all situations.

Note: It is has been my experience that resolution of life-long stuttering issues requires patience and commitment. With that in mind, I ask clients who see to me for stuttering issues to plan for between 6 and 12 sessions over a 4-10 week period.

Test and Academic Performance

Among the greatest rewards in my practice is the opportunity to work with young people and adults on issues of text anxiety and academic performance. Situations that ask us to prove what we know often instigate underlying feelings of self-doubt. Using hypnosis and mental performance techniques to easily overcome those doubts can be life-changing.

While working to resolve issues of test anxiety, people find out just how powerful their minds are to both create the anxiety and to solve it. In the process, they not only find the resources to achieve their full potential on tests, but also discover greater self-comfort and self-confidence in every day life situations.

The changes in students - elementary school through college - are often the most dramatic and touching, because the student is learning such important life skills as they solve what seemed like an insurmountable problem.
